I am a generalist working in innovation, product and service design.
I help businesses to design, experiment and iterate new ideas and products.
My approach centres around testing desirability, feasibility and viability through identifying the most critical assumptions associated with an idea and proving (or disproving) them.
To do so, I’ll use the most appropriate method to gain insight and evidence – be it interviewing customers, showing prototypes, running experiments or data analysis.
In the past, I’ve had a number of roles that have led to what I do now including: strategist, planner, event manager, data analyst, SEO, marketer, retail assistant and barman.
I currently work at Fluxx, an innovation consultancy.
